I was taken here for my birthday (having never heard of the restaurant) after a recommendation from my wife's boss.
We had the tasting menu - there is a meat and a vegetarian one) with accompanying wines for £85 each. 7 courses, with many outstanding dishes, notably cauliflower soup, scallop and squid, lamb, vegetable dumplings, and great (albeit not in the least Indian) desserts.
The building is a converted bank- wood pannelled and a little austere, but beautifully decorated to add warmth. Service is impeccable.
