The Bleeding Heart is part of a very old, small complex which includes a separate bistro and tavern all within a cobbled courtyard.
As were here for a business dinner had a table for four in a small annex which was just perfect for a table and four chairs. This meant we had privacy and did not have to concentrate too much on the volume of our voices.
Good choice of starters and mains though unfortunately when the mains arrived my order had been confused in the kitchen and instead of being served seabass I got lobster risotto. Not the end of the world as it was absolutely excellent and it had almost been my choice anyway, but certainly more attention to detail is needed.
Wine list extensive, service efficient rather than overly friendly.
