The only problem with this hotel is finding it! It is located just by a new stretch of Aspen Way - off the A13 Commercial Road. Unfortunately, the resurgence of adjacent development means that while you can see it, you can't actually get to it. It took us four attempts and a trip thru' the Blackwall Tunnell to try and get on the right side of the dual carriage way. The Radisson needs to get far more directional signs up from A13. I doubt even a live sat-nav would have helped. We took a cab to and from the O2, but the congestion there beats the centre of Bangkok for unmitigated traffic chaos.
The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. The customer service is outstanding from the time of arriving at front door, reception, dining room thru' to check out. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. I didn't know I had lost my mobile in the bar area, but on my return there 6 hours later the same waiter told me it had been secured by the Housekeeper and the next day i was able to reclaim it.
Their afternoon tea was correctly presented on two tiers (for 4 of us) with freshly cut and trimmed sandwiches, two scones each with a selection of fresh strawberries and raspberries and proper cream, plus a selection of pastries.
Breakfast buffet was attractively presented, with a freshly-cooked look on hot section.
All in all, an excellent stay and 'well done' to all the staff - keep it up. Here, you are left in no doubt that the customer is king.
All they need now, is a stage on the shore for a ferry to get to the O2 which is immediately
Business room on 3rd floor over entrance side.

We are currently looking at our transportation to and from the hotel in order to make this easier for our guests therefore I will certainly pass your comments to the management team for them to discuss. Transport to the 02 arena is a priority for us and we are looking to make use of the pier just next to the hotel in the very near future. Thank you for your feedback.
