Wasn't sure about booking this, due to the previous poor review on service, but went ahead due to the location, which is very nice, with lovely views over the Thames.
The staff were very friendly, without the fawning and constant interruption which you find in some restaurants.
We were in for lunch, which had a good choice on the menu and service was very efficient. The wine is ridiculously expensive, but I've yet to find a good restaurant in London where that isn't the case. Lastly, the food was delicious, and portions a good size for a lunch.
Small quibble about the lack of space between tables, but I suppose it is a brasserie and not a restaurant.
I would definitely go back on future visits to London.
