“A huge NO NO!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2014

I don't even know where to start. So the advertisement with all the pictures looks fantastic and based on that you think to yourself 'Oh this is something I like and I'd spend my entire vacation just laying in there'. But in reality, the moment you get there you also get an urge to leave not only the apartment but London too.
Based on the ads and even the e-mail with the check-in info the apartment is supposed to be 300m from Victoria Station. Guess what.. We had to walk 2km with all the luggages and we had to do it twice as firstly we had to pick up the keys in a different location at the company's office.
When we first saw the apartment from the outside we thought 'OK, it looks bad but it could be beautiful on the inside'. Well, it wasn't. I've never seen such a run-down disaster that the company called an apartment and a decent place to stay. You can find our pictures attached to this review.
So I wrote an e-mail to the company immediately to request some action in a polite manner to avoid further nuisances explaining that this is not what we have originally booked. I was freaking out because of the answer. The CSR replied that we should be glad instead of complaining as they could have put us in the apartment together with random people as this is a 3 bedroom apartment and they're fully booked anyway - so no escape from that cage.
Of course, we are still waiting for something to happen as I got in an e-mail fight with the company. I wonder how this all will turn out but this is unacceptable and we got really disappointed because of this scam. False advertising FTW.....

Please beware....Never ever stay there.I can say “Worst Accommodation ever”

I booked the accommodation thru Booking.com expecting a good accommodation Flat as showing in Booking.com in pictures in the name of Victoria Apartments and stay in a quaint nicely build Flat. What we got was certainly "old and very rustic". Not only that it was filthy, uncomfortable bed,non working Heating system, dirty cupboards, plates, cutlery, glassware were insufficient for two different guests in different rooms despite the manager Romina was knowing how many were staying. Towels were not sufficient for two days stay and looked liked very dirty and bad smelled. We had to wash the plates and pots before we could you use them.

The bathroom had very old type tiles and window falling off the walls, adjoining the shower door there was a dirty filthy cupboard with all dirty clothes, the bathroom was so dump that the toilet paper in the morning was a soggy mess, not easy to use as one would imagine. A mouse that inhabited the house somewhere probably coming from the hole in the walls or under the external doors that don't close properly. Opening and closing the doors is a challenge when you finally get them closed a shoulder or strong foot is required to get them open again.

The old Kitchen with cold waves because of improper shutdown old window sticking on 100 years old ropes is another adventure in itself; a fridge that appears to be used by a convention of greasy monkeys who washed their hands sometime last century, It did however have made our tea in the kitchen only and ordered food outside.

They said they provide FREE WiFi.However, the provided shared WiFi is very very slow and even you cant read your mails properly using their WiFi services in the room.

We didn't mind the idea of an old Flat but not in such appalling condition. Had we been able to find a more suitable place stay we would've forfeited our money, however over the long two days everything in the area was booked out.....Never ever stay there again. Please also dont provide them your Credit Card details otherwise they would charge money from your credit card without informing you in the name of smoking in the area,it doesn't matter you are non smoker...they charge money from credit card without any proper evidence.I would never recommend to any one this dirty flat which is absolutely running on subletting basis by some Real Estate Agents from # 89 Wilton Road London !!

We stayed at this Hotel and rented what we believed was a 2BR 2BA Condo all on one level in the building that was pictured on Hotels.com. The reality is that the 2BR 2BA condo is a townhouse located off a back ally on Gillingham Street. The picture on Hotels is no where to be found near Gillingham Street. We asked several people where that building was and no one in the local area new. Not even a police officer. We had to make the Beds when we arrived. There was no maid service at all. The hotel is representative as a 4 star hotel. It is only a 2 or 3 star. It was clean when we arrived. I would not reccommend this hotel as was described and pictured by hotels. I am now very suspect of Hotels representation of properties.
