“Way Too CROWDED -- I don't recommend in the high season”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

I have done this tour on past trips to London and really enjoyed it. But this time it was a disappointment because the group was too large. There were well over 100 people in our group and it made it very difficult to walk and organize so many people. It also made the tour significantly longer -- with no new or additional information shared.
While the basic information was good (just as I remembered) there is significant competition among other Ripper walking tours for space. I think there were 4 tours going on at the same time as ours, so we had to wait for one to leave so we could enter a significant area.

“Group was too large”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

Probably 100 people showed up for this walk. Even though there were two guides, our group was still too large. There should be a limit to the group size.

Overall, we were disappointed with both the guide and the content. The area has no atmosphere and there were many different tours groups from various companies dodging each other.

We loved our other London Walks, but this one is not worth the time or money.

“Grim reapers of London”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2013

Took the walking tour with my wife and her family, with tickets totaling 66 pounds (a bit too much for what you get - which is nothing, no entrance to any attractions or sites). Perhaps this is something the company can look at. Besides the price, our guide was excellent (Alex). Full of life and energy and definitely added a lot to the experience for us all.

“Too many, too long, too off topic!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

Great reviews sadly proved not to be the case for us last night. We were amongst about 100 people- should there be a limit with two guides? They seemed to just be taking money with no thought to group size. A crisp 90 minutes would have been nice. And achievable. The content ranged too widely - Asian textile shops in the current day?
