“Very good budget B&B”

I stayed for one night in a single room (with bathroom) for £53.00 and was very impressed with what you got for the price. Friendly service and good location - plus tea and coffee making facilities in the room which always pleases me. Nice, big fluffy towels in the bathroom (no bath mat though) Very easy to find, not far from Earls Court tube station.

I would definitely stay at this place again when I visit London next time

Great location, friendly staff, easy to find and good access to tube stations.

Comfort/cleanliness wise - exactly what you would expect for central London, for the price. Would definitely book again if visiting London on my own for one night.

I note other reviews and agree with many of them, but £65 per night for a double room with (admittedly basic - toast, cereal & coffee) breakfast, and just 3 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. Hard to get better value in this part of London I would suggest. We found the staff absolutely lovely - especially Mr Alpesh who is a perfect gentleman, looking after our luggage before we checked in and for several hours after checking out. Add to that offering us all the free tea and coffee we could drink until we decided where and when to go out and about. Thankyou Mr A.

Our room on the top floor was clean, with tea n coffee making facility, ultra warm shower, oh so comfy bed and a 32" wall mounted TV. Large fluffy towels? Large fridge? Yes indeed.

No bathmat. No bedside lamps. No hairdrier. If these are important to you then think twice before you book, but we found this hotel great value in terms of location, cleanliness and customer service and we will stay here again. Another word of caution however: lots and lots of stairs - we were on the fourth floor - and I didn't notice a lift. You'll need to check about this if you are thinking about making a reservation.

Room Tip: As said - stairs++ check beforehand if your room is easily accessed if you have a physical impairmen...

Very basic hotel. Rooms rather rundown. Small room, no chairs, bed not very comfortable, but we did get huge fluffy white towels. But no bathmat. Breakfast just cereal and toast, juice and coffee, again pretty basic. It is, however, in a very good location, near restaurants and pubs and the tube, with trains direct to Heathrow, as well as to tourist attractions.

Room Tip: If you have much luggage ask for a ground floor room. There is no elevator

Hotel is in a good position for the tube and a few shops, if you are looking for a even a tiny bit of luxury you will not find it at this hotel, rooms are small breakfast is ok but tables would look so much nicer with a nice table cloth on them.Overall not bad for the price, but don't think i would stay there again

Pretty lousy place. If you're looking for a bed and continental breakfast for cheap, then that's what you have. Unfortunately, we had numerous problems, starting with no hot water or drainage in our shower. Second, while we were out and about, the hotel decided they needed our room for another family, so they took the liberty of packing us and moving our belongings into another room without even notifying us. We found our toothbrushes wrapped in clothes in the bottom of our bags, so our luggage was gone through unnecessarily. In the process of moving us, a pair of shoes and a couple other items went missing. Sure, it's a cheap place, but next time I'll just fork out the extra money for a better hotel.

Room Tip: The rooms on the street side get a lot of street noise.

You get what you pay for. We were 3 in the last floor on the 3rd floor with no lift. The shower didn't work properly but the room and above all the bad was comfortable! Breakfast is composed by toasts, jam, milk, coffee, and tea..good.
N.B.
All the staff was very kind and nice with all of us and if we needed something and we asked 4 it they were very helpful
