“Fantastic staff made this a fantastic stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013

What more can I add - staff were outstanding - genuinely friendly without being over the top.
They up-graded our room on arrival. Location is ideal for west end but rooms are really peaceful, given the hotel is in a side mews. Bar was buzzing in the evening - we tried a number of the cocktails. We'll definitely be back.

I can't add much that hasn't been said by all the other glowing reviews. Great spacious room, genuine, friendly staff and amazing breakfasts in bed. We could see the Shard from our room but we won't hold that against the hotel.

Where else to go to but Soho for a weekend of hedonism. The hotel is ideally located for just wandering out into one the the most famous and vibrant areas of a great city. We understand popular with celebrities, there was a photographer hanging about the front door when we arrived. I couldn't fault any of it and I can be all too easily irritated. It is everything you expect.

Room Tip: Room 204 was nice and quiet.

Stayed at the Soho Hotel 5 times and always left thinking when I will be/can come back. The friendly staff always wanting to meet your request, the atmosphere is just great and the rooms are large compared to other similar hotels in London.
The quality is very high, from the minibar, all amenities, the bed and furniture’s and lighting. The design is very posh and a little bit decadent, but the style is fresh and contemporary, and if you like this, your are in for a treat.
Rooms service menu is large and the service works great.
Had a great stay and already looking forward to my next visit ti London

My husband and I stayed here in February 2013 for our honeymoon. We didn't make a big deal of it (in fact I'm not sure they even knew), but on checking in they upgraded us to a huge room on the first floor. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful as you would expect from this level of hotel. The on-site spa had some great treatments and I took advantage of a facial and massage, and my husband found the gym adequate. The room itself was beautifully decorated and nicely equipped, the shower was great (be careful though as the water is extremely hot!).

There was a lively restaurant and bar on the ground floor, with a convenient entrance on to Wardour Street (where you're more likely to find a taxi than the Dean Street entrance), and the breakfast was just delicious. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening, but it was always busy.

The only downside (hence not a 5star review) was that they appeared to be carrying out some work on the first floor rooms, which was noisy and woke me up early, and our room seemed to be just above where they took in deliveries, again very noisy early in the morning.

I'd stay there again, but ask not to be on the first floor.

If you're looking for the perfect location to walk to Oxford Street, Covent Garden and the Theatre district, you couldn't go far wrong.

Room Tip: If you want a quieter room, avoid the first floor.
