“Never judge a book by its cover!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014 via mobile

Arrived late to what looked like an empty building. Having read previous reviews gained access by side entrance to be pleasantly surprised. Greeted by a polite and helpful person. Room was clean and equipped with TV and wardrobe and en suite. Communal kitchen downstairs which was used for breakfast taken with us. Would recommend for a cheap visit.

+ Good location. Clean and well decorated. Good speed WiFi. Reasonable price.

- outside looks like shut down pub so missed initially, had to come back and look for entrance. No TV, no breakfast (there is a little kitchenette, but you are not allowed to cook, you can use microwave, fridge and kettle. I left cereals and milk there, both vanished next morning)

Finding the Full House, over a closed pub with a poor entry door is off-putting. But inside its new, bright and fine. En suite facilities ok, all clean, no TV. Own keys get you in and out. I'd use again, oh and parking outside too.

If your looking for a place to stay that's in walking distance of bus stations/ tube stations then this is as good a place as any. price was reasonable for the time of year.
For two nights I found the guest house fairly adequate , I was not sure we were at the right place at first due to the building below being derelict. Got a room which we didn't ask for and banged our heads off the ceiling a few times but the place was clean all the same. the Kitchen down the hall was handy for us to make breakfast. And We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out.
As i re use the bath towels , that was never an issue. I think people go over board when it comes to towels! This Place is not a Hotel and does not supply any food. You pay for the use of a room to stay. I have been to 4 star hotels and didn't sleep with the noise out side and from the next room.So road side traffic wasn't a problem here as I had ear plugs. So sleep was never a problem.
If you want to stay in a hotel, then stay in a hotel. This is a guest house with no bells or whistles.
If you don't mind that sort of thing ,stay here.

The room was Basic but clean. The manager/lady in charge a little rude and abrupt when I called to ask if I could drop bags off before check in time, she certainly was not friendly when we went back to check in. We were in London for AvN rugby match so for us it was just a bed for the night!
