We visited this restaurant last Saturday evening. It had seven tables for two. There were three staff in the kitchen and two waiters , which I guess is one reason the prices are high- £55 for the set 3 course meal - 2 choices each course. We started with a scallop ceviche with blood orange dressing- delicious delicate taste ,beautifully presented. To follow we chose poached turbot served with foam on a bed of lentils and vegetables- again faultless . Sweets were a rhubarb soufflé and an extremely chocolatey pud.
With two wine aperitifs, a bottle of Austrian gruner and a glass of Banyuls the bill was £182 inc service!
