“My Favorite for Breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

this is a block from where I live. I love the cafe atmosphere. Service is good....always have the scrambled eggs and salmon. Very good! A nice simple european cafe menu, great coffee and pastry. It fills up quickly and stays busy as this is just outside South Kensington station and all the tourists come here. I still don't mind and its my favorite in the neighborhood

“Exquisite desserts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013

It is a really nice bistrot in the heart of South Kensington. The menu is concise but various with many french-inspired dishes. A special mention for the desserts: definitely delicious.
Waiters are fast and gentle. Low prices for the district. I would recommend it.

“First Visit , not the last”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

First visit to Le Pain Quotidien for coffee and dessert ;they need to open in Scotland, fantastic selection of cakes and pastries . Sat outside with a friend and watched the world go by on a busy Saturday afternoon. Service with a smile , so much choice , eventually chose the strawberry cheese cake and my friend had the chocolate bombe slice. Large cups of coffee which were practically the size of soup bowls. Looking around the lunch time fare looked good , plenty choice and lots of happy diners. Next time I will need to try Breakfast or Lunch. Would be wonderful if Le Pain Quotidien could make its way north.

Lovely staff, very friendly. Amazing cakes , and lovely coffee. Lots of chunky bleached pine tables. Would search this chain out again, shame its London only! Come on guys... Branch out a bit!

“Yummy Cakes”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

Used Le Pain twice during a visit to London. Very satisfied both times. Service was outstanding and we enjoyed a light meal and tea and cake. This is a good place to stop on your way back from the museums; if you can get a table. The outside ones are especially popular at this time of year. Main problem? Choosing which cake to have!!
