Description: A stylish Italian dining retreat in Pimlico, Gustoso Ristorante and Enoteca is the sister restaurant of Al Duca and Osteria dell'Angolo in London. A diverse selection of dishes prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients are served up on the menu, with popular choices including stuffed Cornish sardines skewers, and baked baby chicken with diavola sauce. The bar is an ideal place for a pre-dinner aperitif, or a relaxed after-work drink with colleagues.

“Good, but not as good as others have reviewed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013

A charming restaurant with very good service. The basket of bread was delicious, starters very good but 2 of our group had the mixed fried fish which was much too salty for our taste and most of the fish was whitebait and calamari with very little of the other listed fish. The deep fried zucchini and aubergine just added to the salty taste. One of us had the lamb which was good but not brilliant. Desserts were nice. A bit over-priced for what we had.

“What a fabulous little place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

This restaurant is in a truly bizarre location, being situated in a matrix of quiet residential streets in Westminster, just north of Rochester Row.
But what a fab place it is! Great ambience with a small open kitchen (making most tables a chefs table), with honest modern Italian food. You can see the chefs finishing off the dishes with pride on the pass.
Simple formula that works well, fresh quality ingredients, clean and sleek restaurant interior, fabulous staff / service and reasonably priced.
As you would expect for an Enoteca, there is a very good selection of wines to suit all budgets, and the waiter who i think doubles as a sommelier is very knowledgable and helpful.
Despite the location, the restaurant is always reasonably busy whenever I go, even on weekday nights, which I think speaks volumes.
Go check it out and enjoy!
