I stayed here for 1 night at the end of Jan as a birthday treat. The reception from the staff is great. Very attentive, helpful and easy to talk to. The room we stayed in was an edwardian superior room and was absolutely stunning. Complementary robes and slippers im your room too aswell as shampoos/soaps etc to use. Be aware though, when checking in, they debit £100 from a your bank card for your use in the hotel (can put drinks, snacks, food etc on the room) When checking out, there is a free luggage room ro use.
The concierge are lovely too, when we walked outside into the rain they rushed over with Savoy unbrellas for us to use for the day.
We ate in kaspars restaurant which is a lovely smart/casual restaurant. There is a guy who helps u with the wine list and recommends the best for your tastes. If you like white wine I strongly recommend the Dr Loosen riesling 2012. Its quite pricy but worth it.
There is also the American bar u can sit and chat in with drinks. It is very expensive in there (£15 for a tiny cocktail) but again the staff are brilliant.
All in all, my stay here was amazing. I'll definitely be going back!!
