“hmmm was delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2013

sooo first, the food. Of course, I had the burger and coke . I say it so casually as if it was just any burger and I eat them all the time. Ah but this was the Brewbarb burger; grilled Pecatonica Valley Farms ground beef, rhubarb ketchup, bacon, Brie, caramelized onions, romaine and bacon aioli on your choice of 3 (three, trios, drei, tres) GF breads. I got the local nutty bread and it did not disappoint as a conveyance for all the previously mentioned deliciousness. 12$ - 30$

“Fantastic!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

My partner and I recently spent the night at our friends house in Clapham. A few bottles of wine and a sleep later. We were hungover and ravenous. We stumbled upon Jack's by accident. By far the best accident ever. Jack's was fantastic. One of the best brunches I've ever had. I would definitely return if I was ever in the area.

“Perfect for brunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2013

This place is great for a weekend brunch. Lots of options all under 10 pounds. Great tasting food. The only downside is that the place is small so the tables are cramped and you have to wait. But we keep on going back!

“One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013

I was feeling a little worse for wear and wow did Jack's cooked breakfast sort me out! You could just tell they use good quality and fresh ingredients, everything tasted so delicious. I find other places try to skimp on the standard of the sausages but Jack was so meaty it was the cherry on top of this delicious fry up.

The place was clean and presentable, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Just the right balance of looking after you while also leaving you to enjoy the food. I am now a repeat customer and would recommend to anyone.

Great food and a lovely atmosphere just round the corner from one of the busiest train stations in the world. Jacks at the Junction is ace :)

“Almost faultless”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013

Just come back from brunch here with 2 friends. Ok, it's busy and you do have to wait for a table, which you only get once full party has arrived -this is the only thing that makes it not entirely faultless, but it is well worth the wait, hence my rating is still 5*

Breakfast choices are well suited to those wanting a taster, with single portion of normal English breakfast fare, ( hash brown, toast, sausage, beans, egg, mushrooms, tomato, bacon) and to those wanting something more substantial with the triple where everything is x3. There is also French toast and pancakes available on their own or with the fried stuff American style. Then
Eggs florentine also available alongside lunch menu with jacket potatoes and more.

Came away stuffed with 'double' and shared pancakes. All were well cooked and served promptly by friendly staff. Will definitely be going again, especially with the price of approx £25 for two 'doubles', a 'Yankee' (French toast, pancakes and fried stuff), side of pancakes, tea and latte.
