“basic & tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

A smallish menu, a very down to earth feel to the place witha good vibe. Burgers, dogs, shredded steak. No queue (8pm Wednesday night), even though it's right near Covent Garden. . Best burger I've had for a long while, I recommend the Black Palace burger with cheese, gherkins, onions, mustard , ketchup. All the major food groups and a couple more.

“Great Hangout spot: Above average fast food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

I think I am a bit biased since I am not sold on the whole London obsession with meats. (Breakfast in London is depressing to say the least. Fresh fruit must be very hard to come by ...) However, this place is a great spot to go have a few adult pops and chow hard. You are not going here if you are looking to cut calories ... but the food seemed clean enough so as to not cause an entire not on you respective pot. Would happily return but I can't give this type of food an 'above average' rating ...

“What a let down”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

Everything about this place was great apart from the food. The food was overpriced, bland and soggy. Such a disappointment.

“Disintegrated!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

What a huge disappointment, Took my family for lunch today and tried most things on the menu.My bun disintegrated and made the burger impossible to eat. I took it back to the counter and they gave me plastic knife and fork. They explained the buns often go soggy!! Even Mc Donalds buns are not soggy. No offer of replacement bun. Patty & Bun rule! Do not waste your time here if you want a great burger just head to Patty & Bun.

If you ever watch Man Vs Food you must check this place out. Great food and great service! Can be busy but worth the wait!
