“Helpful & friendly staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

Family of four (2+2) stayed at Richmond for 3 nights. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean, as usual. Its about a 10-15 min walk from Richmond railway station, with trains direct to central London. We stayed here to visit Kew Gardens (5-10 min walk) and also went by rail to Staines, for Thorpe Park. Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant had a good selection of food and service was very good. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed for 1 night in August 2013. Room was very good and standard of hotel generally was very good. Location is about 10 mins walk to Richmond High St. Breakfast was very good quality and value for money.

We travelled to Richmond as we were going to a football match in London. We were greeted by a very helpful young man who checked us in. The room was lovely, clean and breakfast the following morning was lovely. All the staff were very welcoming, thank you. Great place to stay, walking distance to the train station. Even the young lady on the till in the Sainsburys store at 11 pm was jolly and bubbly. Will definately use again.

This was an excellent find for a Trip to London. A303 / M3 / A316 and your there. Railway station North Sheen just a couple mins walk for a fast Journey about 20 mins to Waterloo. Hotel was superb. Lovely beds (Right Lenny). Cheap Bar, excellent food and a hearty Breakfast to start the day. Staff very friendly and a big up to Aaron who served us both nights. Keep up the good work and see you again soon :-)

Very nice hotel just out of town. Busses stop right outside and take you into Richmond town centre. Car costs £10.00 a day to park, get there early as spaces go quickly.
Reception staff very polite and helpful.
We ate in the hotel and the food was very good and reasonable.
Room very clean although you cant open the windows but the air con worked a treat.
A very nice Premier Inn that we will use again.

Room Tip: Ours was on the 2nd floor and we had a good view of the car park! We were there for Richmond and one...

Stayed for 2 nights and had a nice welcome on reception and a cool room as we entered which was nice on such a warm day.
Beds a little hard for hubby! Breakfast was good with lots of selection which ever breakfast type you go for. didnt eat in restaurant but menu looked good and well priced.
you can walk to restaurants on Kew road we had a lovely Italian meal at Caffe Mamma meal for 2 adults 1 child and a bottle of house red £54.00 , and a meal in Kew village at Pizza express £38.00(no wine! or puds!)
We took the train to Kensington return £16.00 to visit The Natural history Museum.
Carparking a bit steep at £10.00 per night.
Would recommend if visiting Kew Gardens as we did(park on the road outside for free!!)
got reduced entry with Red leaflet found in Hotel Reception!!!

Just came back from an overnight stay here.

Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful , the room was spotlessly clean and had a nice big comfortable bed with plenty of pillows , it was air conditioned too which was a welcome bonus as it was a warm day.

All for less than £30 as I booked through a Premier offer. You'd probably struggle to find anywhere that offers that level of comfort near to London at 2 - 3 times the price I paid.

We had the breakfast which was very nice but it's probably a little expensive at £8.95 per adult unless you eat a huge plateful although under 16's were free so it was better value at £17.90 for 3 of us for an all you can eat breakfast.

I never used the car park as it was £10 a day and I found secure parking for £5.50 a day just a few minutes walk away.

Room Tip: Check the Premier Inn website for regular low price deals.
