Really could not fault this hotel at all. The outside of the hotel is modern and welcoming. Inside the hotel, automated check-in is simple, friendly and helpful staff with a modern and comfortable "lobby" area with a bar, fire, restaurant etc.
The rooms are all customisable including blinds, TV, lighting, mood etc from the CitizenM "Moodpad." There is a brilliant range of free TV shows and free latest movies with free WiFi internet. The bed is HUGE and even though the rooms aren't huge, they are big enough.
Only gripe is there isn't a huge amount in the area apart from the Tate (about a 5 minute walk) and the nearest Tube station (Southwark) is a 10 minute walk away - there aren't a huge amount of taxi's passing the hotel either, however the Hailo app for your smartphone sorts that problem out.
