“Teeny Tiny”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

Greeting was fantastic! Loved the enterance! The room was tiny! Yes, I've read all the reviews, but it was really, really tiny. Had I been staying by myself it would have been perfect. I wasn't staying alone though and had my boyfriend with me. Together we had two large pieces of luggage because we were travelling. There was just simply no room to hang things or place things. So if I were going for a weekend get-away, or going it alone on business, I would most definitely return. But for a week with with someone, it was was a little too crammed.
Another note, this is a new hotel and there are a few bugs to iron out. We had to have our tablet set almost every day because either our blind didn't work, or our TV didn't work, or our lighting didn't work or our room temp didn't work- via the tablet. There are switches so you're not toally stuck - except for the tele and room temp. control. The front desk was much obliged to correct this and it only took a minute to fix.
My boyfriend and I love walking, so this was a perfect location. Fifteen minutes to the London Eye - so close to all the major attractions.
The bed is comfortable. The bathroom was clean - kinda wish they had replaced the shower curtain, it smelled just a little. Overall, I did enjoy our stay.

Room Tip: I was told to get a room in the middle of the hotel - if you room is facing the outside, it may be a...

Fantastic design for this boutique hotel, and extremely friendly staff making you feel at friend's.
All began with a warm welcome a the desk, presenting the hotel concept and multimedia services.
Great and large lounge area with a large choice of architecture, fashion, photography, travel books, you would spend your whole rainy days to look at. Central bar for all kinds of drinks, with a smile!
The room is an experience, multimedia connected, tablet controlled, with a huge and very confortable bed!
A bit too small, so the toilet is in the shower, and the basin in the entrance...weird!
This apart, It's a great and fun place, we'll be back at, soon...

I booked this hotel for a weekend away in London for my husbands birthday. He's a big fan of design, technology , films and gadgets so this place was absolutely ideal.

The location was absolutely perfect for us as well. It's very close to the underground, Tate Modern , Borough Market and some fantastic independent coffee shops. There isn't a great choice of food for the evening meal but there are some great restaurants close by, including the best tapas restaurant we have been to.

The internet was a bit slow at times, and when this happened the tablet ( and everything else) didn't work for a little while. However, the staff sorted the problem out very quickly and swiftly.

Although the room was small, it was clean, contemporary and we made full use of the free movies. The bed was huge and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in.

The air con in the room can be a little noisy at night but it didn't bother us.

The price is very good for a London hotel, and we look forward to going back soon.

This was an awesome hotel. Good location, close to the underground and a selection of shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The canteen downstairs has a good selection of food and drink and was well priced. Loved the lounge area downstairs where you could go through and read the books. The room was clean and I loved the rain shower. The tablet you use to control lights, blinds and television was very cool to use plus free wifi was good. I highly recommend this hotel, would stay again.

My husband and I plus 2 friends stayed for 2 nights. Rooms and facilities excellent. Very modern and very comfortable. It was delightful - staff extremely friendly and willing to help.
Good value for money and security within the hotel, i.e. going up in lift to rooms very secure.
After having stayed over the years in the typical hotel, found it a refreshing change.
Convenient for going around London.
Would recommend and stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: All of the rooms would seem to be the same high quality. I requested disabled facilities, again ver...

This is one of the most unique hotels we've ever stayed at. The rooms are definitely small but the arrangement of the bed, shower, sink, optimizes ever inch. The beds are about the biggest you'll find anywhere in London. We also liked how everything (blinds, alarm clock, lights) were controlled by the in-room tablet. I think this hotel will cater very well to any true urban travellers.

Wow, where to start...I loved everything about this hotel. The self check in was much easier then thought and I adored the key card that you just take with you once you leave. The room was incredible, you could open the blinds, control the TV, music, and lights and put on moods that would change the color of your shower on rotation and even the carpet in the hallway was a large version of Google earth. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. I also liked the little memos around the hotel with a sign that says Citizen M says, for example, citizen M says put your lucky socks and signed photo of the queen in the safe underneath. We had a great time finding and reading those...Finally location wise, it was perfect, we were able to walk almost everywhere.
