This is the second time I have stayed in this wonderful hotel. (Previous review 25th Sept. 2013 'You Must Stay!!') Again, it was just the best - the staff are so, so friendly and welcoming - it is like going to visit good friends. They are so polite, efficient and helpful and what really amazed me was that they remembered us from our last stay in September! I would like to give a special mention to Ronica and Lina here - and Premeir Inn would do very well indeed to hang on to them!. Ronica and Lina must have met thousands of guests since our last visit but, the moment we came through the door, they recognised us and remembered details of our last stay and what we did in London on that occasion. (My son had been starting a new job and all that involved). They are really cheerful and go out of their way to make sure guests have a happy stay - you really get the feeling that they care about their guests, nothing is a problem and they are full of good humour, enjoying their jobs and relating to guests. The breakfast staff are lovely too - again very cheerful and obliging. Breakfasts are good - plenty of everything, hot and well-cooked, rooms are very clean and very well-maintained, as are all the communal areas -really excellent customer service all round. Excellent location for all the plentiful amenities of Ealing and easy transport to central London. Nowhere better and if Premier Inn have a system of awards for their hotels, then this is definitely the winner!!
