This was our second stay at The Belgrave, following completion of their renovation in 2013. Just as last year around this time we received a really warm welcome from the staff and on pointing out that we'd booked direct and forgotten to use the discount code we'd been given last time it was immediately rectified without a problem! We love the style of this place - the tasteful furnishings, friendly bar and sitting area and - being in publicity - I like the purple house style very much...everything seems to 'fit'. Bed is good and firm, shower is the best I've come across in a hotel in ages, and then there is the free 'Everywhere WiFi' -- ideal for monitoring my business while on a family visit. This placed has all the facilities you'd find in a much larger chain: in-room safe, hairdryer and airco, plus plenty of well-placed electrical sockets (something often lacking in even the big hotels I notice). We will definitely come back here next year - especially now now we've heard they will include breakfast in next year's rates!

Room Tip: Our room (113) was at the back with a view of .... a wall (well, you could see the skyline between t...

In simple word i will say Good ! The entire staff is always very friendly and really make an effort to get to know you and what would make your stay the most comfortable.
I really enjoyed the staying in such a big room, well furnished , so clean. Nice and decent breakfast spread.

The hotel is in a lovely part of London, very close to Pimlico tube station and the victoria line giving access into the heart of the city. The hotel is small but very well decorated and plush. Our room 202, was lovely. It was very small though with no wardrobe space, just a hanger on the wall near the bed. Our bed actually moved slightly when the guests in the next room were walking across the floor! I wasn't too bothered by this as I was planning on not spending a lot of time in the room, only sleeping there. The staff were very smiley and nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel despite the criticism over the room size.

Room Tip: Ask for a larger room if you plan on staying in it for a period of time.

Stayed here for our engagement anniversary on 13th Dec 2014 and we received an upgrade to a signature room which was a nice touch as we were celebrating.

Large room with king size bed, two chairs and foot stools, robes, slippers, mini bar stocked with complimentary drinks, air conditioning and stunning views with two windows, lovely clean bathroom with a waterfall shower. If you considering staying at The Belgrave then ask for room 409 if you are willing to pay the extra money (it is worth it). Very friendly staff and couldnt fault anything with our stay...just wish we had stayed for 2 nights instead of 1.

Room Tip: Room 409...stunning room with great views

The area around the hotel is lovely and well sited for easy access around London. Like many hotels in London the rooms are small, but well appointed and decorated. Our room was bit on the cold side! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Mu wife and would certainly go again.

The Belgrave was a very smart and friendly hotel. The initial contact with the staff was friendly and inviting, the public areas were very clean and smart. The room was pleasant and clean with a very well kitted out bathroom. The only negative if you can call it that was the room size. As the title says "small but perfectly formed".

As we arrived, we were upgraded to an executive room, instead of a standard 2 person room.
Rooms were clean and cosy, but very small. Very soft bed (love it!) Overall very satisfied about our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is close to the Pimlico metro station (about 5 minutes by foot). Ideal hotel for visiting London.
Wouldn't stay here with my (small) children though... Rooms are too small for more then 2 adults.
