“A god location”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2013

The hotel is situated in a very pleasent neighbourhood. We where put in a vers tiny room in a anneks. Cute building - But small. And the hotel rooms and hall smells a bit to much of detergent. But it is clean. Nice location but the hotel is bearly 3 stars.

Room Tip: Very nice neighbourhood.

My friend and i stayed here for 4 night and we were quite happy with the hotel. Our room is at the another buildind across the street. They arent not spacious but clean and quite new. However the ceiling do make noise everytime guests above my room dragged something or even when they walked and that keeps waking me up all night. That was the only thing i dont like. Hotel staffs are very informative and attendtive. You can buy one day tour or a ride to Heathrow straight from the concierge. Location is superp, a 5-10 mins walk to victoria tube.

We booked this hotel for 7days/6nights on our first leg of our trip to England. The only days we didn't have to submit complaints about the room was the day we checked in & out. On arrival we got an upgrade from a broom closet to an actual room with a tub instead of a shower, which was under a stair cases. It was extremely uncomfortable washing oneself to say the least. The room was at an annex building which we believe made the cleaning attendant's desire to clean on the day we wanted worse. The rate per night for the original broom closet room we had booked was not worth it. The breakfast is over priced $24 (12GBP).

I stayed here one night while in London and I stayed in the Annex across the street from the main hotel. The room was clean and had three beds, two of them singles and a double which was two uneven singles pushed together. The stairways are narrow but my room in the basement was quiet and the TV was good enough. The shower was large but the water was not very hot. Overall, since the location is good and the room is fairly inexpensive, especially for London, it is probably a good choice overall.

I went to London for 4 days with a friend of mine. We booked a 2-Bedroom. Our room was in the basement, right next to the kitchen. Everyday, at about 6.30 am, the staff started working in the kitchen, listened to music and talked very loudly. We couldn't sleep anymore. What's more, we hadn't had any daylight in the room, which was kind of depressing. When we went to eat breakfast, the staff started to take away the food 15 minutes before the deadline. We found that very unfriendly. There were, on the other hand, good sides as well. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.
An other room in the hotel could have been better. :)

Had some issues to find location at first since it is so near the Victoria Station but yet the Victoria Station is so big and have so many exits that if you miss the right one you would have some issues orientating yourself. Apart from that however the stay was super great with exceptional comfort within the room and above all super cleanliness. Would surely return and/or recommend.

We were allocated rooms in the annexe. One couple in our group had a room on the ground floor the rest, two couples and a single, were in the basement. Other than the fact that there were two flights of steep stairs down and no lift there was no problem. Our room (a family room as it happened) was large even with a large double and 2 single beds in it. It was really quiet. The bathroom likewise, with a large shower cubicle. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but there are lots of really nice, reasonably priced cafes in the area. Less than 10 mins walk from Victoria bus/train station. Would recommend the hotel and would certainly stay there again.
