“Fantastic hotel in a great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2013

We spent 2 nights here after booking as a secret hotel. The receptionists were friendly and more than happy to help with any queries that we had. We were allocated a spacious double room which came with tea, coffee, kettle, robes, magazines etc. The room had free wifi. The tv in the room was a good size with access to the Internet on screen as well as access to popular games and social networking sites. The mini bar had a few drinks and was restocked daily. The room also had free bottled water left on the beside table. Late checkout was a reasonable £10 if required. The hotel was within easy access to the nearest tube station which also had a cinema and several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The hotel was within short waking distance to a busy part of Chelsea, full of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were more than happy to help with any local knowledge. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would return if we were to stay in Chelsea again.

2 nights spent here made us regret for not booking the whole stay in London in this modern business hotel, even though the B&B was lovely.
The first room we're given was too close to the train railway and asked and obtained for another one in other wing...got in 2 mins.
Large room, which is absolutely a plus in this city, and bathroom. very silent. Good choice for breakfast. 4mins walking distance from/to Fulham Broadway underground station (zone2). Fulham and Chealsea are two elegant and beautiful boroughs...lots of restaurants and shops too. Breakfast in the second building was not an hassle at all considering the warm and sunny days of the beginning of Aug. Anyway, the entrance is just a few steps from building 1.
We both ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel. 105€ double+fullbreakfast via Trivago/Olotels.

Stayed at the Millennium Hotel for 4 nights and it was an excellent experience.

Rooms - Large room with big bathroom with all the amenities needed, a work desk, small fridge, free wi-fi and good size TV. Always clean and tide.

Hotel - The hotel structure itself is very small, but that doesn't matter, because when you're in London, the last thing you want is to stay at the hotel. Overall service at front desk and concierge were excelent. All the staff was very helpful when needed.

Breakfast - We had breakfast included in our rate and it was excelent also. Full english breakfast, with hot and cold buffet, with plenty of options for all nationalities.

Location - At the Chelsea Stadium, which is great even for someone like me that doesn't care much about soccer. The hotel had security 24 hours, 2 restaurants in the same are of the hotel and some nice pubs and restaurants close by. The hotel is near Fulham Broadway tube station, which makes it easy to go everywhere in London. The station has a small shopping mall with supermarket, pharmacy, Starbucks, Acessorize, Nando's etc

Would definitely stay there again and will refer it to my clients

Stayed in the Copthorne. Comfy bed and interesting location. Easy walk from the tube etc too. However, there was a very "odd" red stain on the dark, old carpet. Rest of the room was also dated - dark wood furniture, often scratched etc. Room was clean enough, quiet etc. Basically, needs a refit and if you are paying anything near full rack rate, try somewhere else until some money is invested.

We had a brilliant three night stay here. Great links to the centre of London. Really delicious breakfast. Would go back like a shot if we could get another b and b special offer. We slept really well on very comfortable beds in a quiet room. Decent TV but bathroom could do with updating although perfectly functional. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: We were in the Millennium Hotel and loved it.

Located at Stamford Bridge the hotel is in the heart of Chelsea. It was quite fun staying right beside a football ground and imagine it would have a different atmosphere on match days. It is a stone's throw from Fulham Broadway tube station and a short bus ride from the King's Road. Rooms were large and comfortable with mahogany furniture and marble bathrooms.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2013 via mobile

There are mixed reviews for this hotel on TripAdvisor, which I can understand. Our stay for two nights also felt 'mixed', with pros and cons, good things and thing that could be better. It would be a fair assessment to say that you probably get a slightly different experience depending on what day you arrive, which points towards inconsistency.

Our room was comfortable and spacious, but not the sort of room you'd want to 'hang out in' on a rainy day. There's a nice three-star feel to the place, which isn't bad, but I think this is supposed to be a four-star hotel. If we were asked to change something, we would change the service, which felt distant and a bit laissez-faire (not bad, just not special or attentive).

Great location close to the Tube, and there are a couple of nice breakfast places to choose from, as well as decent restaurants and burger joints. Would we stay here again? Probably not, but not for anything we disliked. It was just a bit unexciting for the money.
