We chose to stay here after finding a deal on last minute dot com. And would definitely stay again. Everything's of the highest standard and the clever, uber modern design maximises the use of what could otherwise be a cramped room. We stayed in a basic studio - which was good - but might choose a premium studio next time for a bit of extra space. Would definitely recommend Space Apart over the traditional West London hotel. The reception staff were always polite and extremely helpful. We will be back next time we are in London.

We heard about Space Apart through word of mouth and chose it over other more expensive options available. We were very glad we did as it was an excellent choice and great value for money. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs, and the room had everything we needed to make our few days stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. Even though we stayed over a busy period, we didn't have any problems with noise from other rooms or floors. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we liked the system of borrowing DVDs to watch in your room. The location is great for exploring London and it's very easy to get to Hyde Park for a run or walk which was good for us. The rooms are not cleaned every day, something that we preferred, but it might not suit everyone.

Room Tip: Go for a room with a table if you plan on eating in.

We booked this accomodation on the strength of review in trip advisor and it lived up to the best of them. The apartments are stylish and well appointed just a short walk to both the Circle/District line and Central Underground line services. These give guests easy access to most London sites and even better, just a walk across Kensington Gardens and you're at the Exhibition district with the V&A and other museums and galleries. Baywater itself has many good restaurants, pubs and shops to cater for most tastes. The management and staff at Space Apart were very friendly and most helpful and they even provide a well stoked travel reference and video library. Our first apartment had a compact loft style bedroom which was fine to sleep in but as we needed to unpack and clothes and store our bags in the wardrobe downstairs in the living/dining area. It was a little awkward and we would not recommend this particular apartment for 3 people even though it had a sofa bed in the living area. That being the onlly criticism, we highly recommend Space Apart at Bayswater.

We stayed at London for 5 nights. This hotel was very clean and well equipped. The room was really nice and the location is wonderful, close to all the best places. But, above all, our hosts, Marc & Philip, were the best. They helped us and gave good advices whenever was needed. We highly recommend!

Room Tip: Our room in (-1) floor, was really good

We visited this hotel in June of 2011, and loved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was fabulous. The beds were really comfortable, we had wireless internet in our room, and the hotel has a collection of dvds you can rent. Our room had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location is great for exploring the city, and is close to restaurants as well.

If you're traveling through London frequently, it's hard to find a more comfortable hotel, especially if you like a modernist aesthetic. The rooms vary in size and are well spaced and soundproofed -- sometimes it's hard to tell there's anyone else in the hotel. Quite apart from the kitchenette many reviewers mention, it's good value. Especially in London. There's a very good market at the end of the block and pretty much any service you could want in the immediate area. And it's an easy walk from Paddington.
