Actually staying here right now, two more nights, but already been here 4 days, and since I am taking it easy today after some really busy, nice and hard London days and not least evenings/nightlife, I might as well write my review on this absolutely nice hotel.
We arrived here late on Monday evening, around 930 pm. nice receptions at the entrance, very quick check-in (and received the obligatory warm cookie from the front desk).
I got a room on the third floor, and all you need for a short week stay was absolutely available; big bed which was very comfortable, an iMac that worked perfect, water boiler with a variety of coffee and tea to choose from and many other things such as two daily free bottles of water and so on.
For me the location was perfect as I was attending a conference at the Queen Elizabeth Conference Center which is located just a short walk from the hotel.
My room was spotlessly clean throughout my stay (has been so far at least).
Breakfast has also been very good so far, a lot of variety from the English breakfast stuff (which I do like) to Danish and French pastries to a big choice of fruits and serials.
The service is very good; from the front desk staff via the cleaners to the crew servicing the Millbank Lounge on the first floor. I even ate lunch there today and the bratwurst (yes they serve that) was really good, so was the glass of white wine (bad combination maybe).
All in all I have had a really pleasant stay so far, and I will recommend this hotel absolutely.
