This hotel offers more than the normal Double Tree hotel in the US. Its well located, just a few minutes walk from theTube Station, quite neighborhood and the best part of all: great value! For the price paid, the room received was better than expected, enough space, clean washroom and plenty for breakfast in the morning.

This hotel was great and I have stayed in it a couple of occasions once for leisure, the other time while staying in London property searching. It is in a really great location....close enough to walk to Westminster and close to the Pimlico tube station but far enough out to be quiet. Warm cookies on arrival, very helpful staff, a great selection at breakfast and a clean, comfortable room. This was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it. Only thing I didn't like was the hotel bar which was a bit tacky but other than that I would say that this was a good stay.

This was our third visit to a Hilton Doubletree hotel, albeit the first was when the brand was pre-Hilton and known as Mint. I've always been lucky to get a good rate through third party sites for these hotels and been very happy with the quality of them. All are stylish and modern, rooms are a good size, bathrooms clean, good facilities. All, including this one, have a smart bar area and pleasant dining room. We had a good night here. The location won't suit everybody but it's great for those wanting a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the West End. Good for Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Tate Britain, etc. I would have to say that whilst breakfast is fairly good, it isn't quite up to the standard when these hotels were run by Mint.

Smartly furnished with just a touch of elegance, the now renamed Doubletree by Hilton is a good place to stay if visiting Westminster. Tucked away in a quiet street, this modern hotel benefits from friendly service, well-appointed rooms and an excellent restaurant.

Our "Queen Executive" room was smartly decorated although the bathroom only ran to a (good quality) shower rather than a bathtub. A surprising omission in a premium room. A nice touch was a complimentary in-room mini-bar offering ice cold beer, soft drinks and snacks. Sleep quality was a bit disappointing unfortunately. It may be me but I like to sleep in a cool room and to warm up snuggled under the duvet. The so called air conditioning made a lot of noise but failed even on its coldest setting to drag down the temperature of the room to an acceptable level for me even though it was late December and quite cool outside. However, it was possible to open the room window which helped a bit. The pillows on the bed were unsupportive feathery affairs and together with the warmth of the room led to a fitful night's sleep.

The hotel has an elegant cocktail bar called the Millbank Lounge offering a good range of reasonably priced cocktails and drinks and a good choice of hot and cold food. The City Cafe restaurant in the hotel has a leading reputation and offers first rate meals and an excellent breakfast.

I would definitely stay again but hope for a room with better air conditioning and a choice of foam or feather pillows.
