“Good for budget stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2012

Considering the small price we paid for 7 nights it wasn't awful and it wasn't great but perfectly fine for what we wanted. 2 min walk from Earls Court underground, this was the best point!Breakfast was not varied at all, continental with eggs, coffee, basic cereal, toast etc though getting breakfast is the hard part due to the small eating area in relation to the amount of guests, but can't complain there much either. Rooms were small but we were out sightseeing anyway, could have used more pillows and the 'double' bed was two twins pushed together with a double sheet covering both but other than that was happy. Staff weren't rude but not overly friendly either, to sum up we got what we paid for and had a hassle free stay on the hotel side.

Stayed with my sister in law and two children, our room was like a hostel four narrow beds rowed up, room needed redecorating and plaster coming off walls, lights not working in room either. My mother and friend stayed in a twin room and the window catch was broken hence they couldnt lock window. The breakfast being continental was cornflakes, toast and hard boiled egg and tables not cleared. I would not reccommend this hotel for families. Although the receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Do not believe what you saw on their web site or any pictures of the room. They are totally different.

The room that I got was small for 3 of us ( we asked for a triple room) and you can't walk without tripping over luggages. The sink was 1ft long and 6 in wide , difficult for washing .Doors within the hotel / dinning room are small and you really need to have some skill to move bigger pcs of luggage around. The mattress sunk in the center for 2 of the bed. The plus point of this hotel is that it's really within 5 mins walking to the tube but getting a taxi is difficult.

First, the not-so-good things: rooms small rooms, breakfast INCLUDED kept to a minimum of choice. Thinking about London budget hotels, nothing new!
Good thing: silent, clean, at 80 m. from the tube station (2 lines), lively but quiet area
