Firstly we were told to wait between two sets of doors and weren't even allowed in the restaurant. The reason being was "because people walk through here"... It was a bizarre reason as it was empty where we would have stood. Yet if you were ordering takeaway you could walk straight in!! Firecracker chicken was bland with a lot of dried birds eye chillies thrown in, very sweet and it was like the chicken had been cooked separately with the sauce poured over the top. To be fair the waiting on staff were great. I'm used to the Tampopo and Rice restaurant chain in Manchester which beat Wagamama hands down, much more flavour in their food. Would go again for the convenience and speed of service if nothing else.
