“Very convenient location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2013

We stayed for one night at Apex Temple Court Hotel which was very enjoyable. The room was very well appointed with excellent bathroom with bath and shower. The views over London were fabulous. The choice at breakfast was very varied and we thoroughly enjoyed the full English breakfast. The staff were charming and very efficient.

We have stayed in Apex Temple Court Hotel from 24.12.2012 until 27.12.2012 and I have to say we cannot fault it. The room was superb and exceptionally clean, lovely bath and shower.Staff were really friendly and professional. We have enjoyed our Christmas meal in the hotel's restaurant, used the gym and overall had a great time. Hotel is located within a walking distance to Covent Garden and about 20-25 mins walk from the Waterloo Station. Highly recommended.

this is the 3rd Apex Hotel in which we have stayed in London. This latest one in Fleet Street follows their high standards. The position is great for all the attractions in this part of London - (most are a short walk away and numerous buses pass by for those who do not like to walk !) and the building has retained the look of a barristers chambers from the outside but the hotel provides every modern amenity inside. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. When are they going to open in the West End ?

Excellent location on Fleet Street for those who need to visit barrister chambers, RCJ, IDRC, etc.

Breakfast provided is good, with hot items available upon order. One suggestion is for patrons to have the option of one or two eggs, as some of the options (eg eggs ben) as a double serving may be a bit excessive for some stomachs, and it seems wasteful not to finish it.

We also had very excellent service from the Guest Services Manager Mr Jonathan Briggs who was able to provide great tips and assistance for visitors from out of town, and was also able to liaise on matters via email on the fly, always useful for business travellers.

Airport transfers arranged via the hotel, with an external service provider, were also up to standard. Only suggestion perhaps is for such transfers to be billed to the room which will certainly facilitate matters further

I would stay at this hotel again

We stayed at the Apex shortly before Xmas 2012 and found it to be everything we wanted from a hotel - central, modern, clean, comfortable & quiet. Although there is not a Tube station in the immediate vicinity the location is excellent - close to the river, Covent Garden & Trafalgar Sq. The hotel entrance itself it located just off Fleet St. in a small enclosed courtyard. Rooms were large and well appointed. We did not dine at the duration of our stay so cannot comment further only to say that the price of breakfast was an extortionate £19 p/p! {On reflection 4 of us had breakfast for about £25 I think at a local cafe}. In conclusion its a great choice of hotel if visting London and will definitely stay there again provided the price is right.

Having stayed in London before this was definately one of the best 4 star luxury hotels we have stayed in. Very clean and staff very courteous. Great location for the Royal Opera Houe within easy walking distance to Covent Garden and very near Temple tube line. Would definately stay there again!!

Stayed in the hotel for one night travelling on business. The hotel is very new and very nicely fitted. Overall, I can warmly recommmend it. The location might be a bit off the beaten track for tourists though: It's near Fleet St and thus not really next to any tourist sights. However, both Covent Garden and St Paul's are in walking distance.

Pros:
- big rooms with modern decor;
- Wifi included;
- big and modern bathrooms;
- friendly staff

Cons:
- none actually
