Another one of the few remaining traditional English/Italian Cafes. Just opposite the Bus Station near Putney Bridge. The interior is beautifully preserved from a period after WW2, with unique wall tiling from the period. Very popular with locals and tourists. Its another family owned and run business. Great sandwiches as well as big fry ups, traditional dinners are served up by the family members. If you are visiting Putney its near the bridge and you can find it by looking for all the Red Double Decker Buses parked outside. I went there with my brother who was very impressed with the food as well as the surroundings. Later he brought his Brother-in-law and family who live nearby but had never heard of the cafe, they had a meal there as well. Anyone ever going to Football game at Fulhams ground should go there before or after a match for a good old fry up. Just to finish up it was spotless and a real treat to visit rather than going to a replica or chain cafe, it has real charm and friendly staff.
