We really have a very pleasant stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel. The compliments go esp. to the staff which make the stay perfect…super service, attentive!
Room is quiet and clean, Bed is very comfortable. You will not be waken up by the noise of Housekeeping’s Trolley because they don’t use one. They use kind of carrying case which will not created the noise in corridor.
Breakfast is very good esp. fruits salad are very fresh. Location is very convenient, 2 min. walking to St. James tube station., within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, London Eye. I’m not hesitated to rate this hotel as 5 stars.

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times and cannot fault it. Staff are welcoming and always helpful, the rooms are spotless and it is only a one minute walk from the tube (st James). Highly recommend staying here.

St. Ermin's seems to be one of the few good hotels in central London where rooms with 2 queen beds are available, making it easy to stay there with two small kids. The lobby is small but sumptuous, the rooms have a bit more modern but still warm style. The rooms and the lobby seemed recently renovated or updated. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good though not very inventive. Service was good and children well looked after. Location of the hotel is good as there's a tube station right next door and a quick taxi ride to most tourist and shopping destinations. Ideally I would prefer a location closer to Piccadilly/Regent Street.

Will definetely stay at St Ermin's again , from the time you arrive everything was perfect , every single one of the staff were so pleasant and so helpful .
The hotel is Stunning and the location really good, the tube station is just around the cornor.
Everything about this hotel is good , the staff ,the food, the cleanliness and the stunning lobby ,the only one small compliant would be the room was a bit tight for four, but having said that not many hotels have quadruble rooms, and this made it very good value for our family of four . Thanks St Ermins for a lovely weekend.
