“Not for luxury types, but a fine stay.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2014

This hotel is fine. It's wat you get for the price you pay. It's an appropriate hotel for citytrips. You can stroll trough the city all day and just sleep there at night. Also they have a breakfast, not excellent, but a good starter of a busy day. Ofcourse there are bad sides of the hotel: the rooms are small, and you probably have to sit outside with breakfast. Put on a jacket and stop crying. Enjoy the money you can now use for a great lunch. The people were nice and helpfull and london is great (:

After reading reviews wasn't expecting much but pleasantly surprised bit dated when you walk in but on going to our room number 8 found a clean and refreshing room what more could you want for £67.50 in London ensuite new as we'll but cramped shower fantastic. People on front desk very accommodating also a luggage room great idea would use again if going to lords to watch cricket.

Will have a deal . worked in london , lovely family business . Basic but clean , tidy , small fridge , balcony , £90 a night , little nisa shop on the corner , next to paddington and victoria park .
Comfy but basic , didnt try breakfast , Many laundrettes and small pubs around .
Can be a bit noisy outside at night but world cup was on .
Parking wardens are the lowest , they pretend to give you 20 mins be careful .

But I was quite happy with our room, yes small but adequate. Very quiet and clean. Nice light breakfast to start the day. We were able to leave our luggage there while out and about on our last day. Very handy to Paddington station. Would stay here again!

Great location. Close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Nice lady at front desk. No lift and lots of stairs! Very small but clean room. Linens were clean but quite worn. Breakfast included in a very small breakfast area with only 3 small tables.
Doesn't have free wifi which should be standard everywhere.

This is a truly awful hotel.

I had to stay here for two nights recently and couldn't wait to get out.

My room was unclean with stains on the curtains and on the bed and paint was flaking on the window frames. The double room could only just fit in the double bed. The temperature at night (centrally regulated) was so hot that I had to sleep with the window wide open which meant I had to listen to passing traffic.

It's not even particularly cheap.

The worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid!
