Don't book at that hotel, because the rooms especially the showers are not in the condition as shown online.
One of the top rooms is 80 steps away from the reception, no lift at all.
In the morning you have to wait until you can finish having a shower and the breakfast room is in the cellar, very tiny and really simple, only toast, butter, marmelade, cheese and eggs. No fruit, no yogurth !
It is the money you have to pay not worth.

It was a nice hotel is not that bad as people say, if you only look to sleep and dont expect that much this is very nice and not that expensive, we had a little fridge in the room, a coffe machhine, glasses the shower was excellent and comfy beds. The recepcionists are very nice and helpful! always smiling! good vibe. With the tube very close and supermarkets very close as well. The Wi Fi although we pay it was terrible.

Tiny room, tiny bed, tiny closet, tiny everything! We are not big people and only had one bag each and we found it very uncomfortable. It was clean and in a good location, however I am sure you can get more for you money.

The twin room was very small, draughtful, but the matras was descent.
You have to make shift with the small bathroom.
The breakfastroom was so small - only 3 tables - for people to sit. People were standing to eat their very basic breakfast (bread, jelly, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cornflakes, coffee, tea, juice and milk)
Lancaster Gate underground (central line) and Hyde Park is a 5-10 minute walk.
Convenient stores around the corner.

Good central location near to a tube station. Staff seemed friendly untill you call back to complain. Rooms are good size to uses a base but they could do with a bit of tlc.
After the 80 steps later, through a very small stairway we arrived at our small room. Our double bed was two singles pushed together on a camp bed base one mattress was higher than the other, grubby looking shower, very small room, tile up on the floor in bathroom, shower doors did not seal properly so the tiled floor gets wet and slippery, very poor layout to the bathroom bit of a squeeze between toilet, basin and shower. walls were very thin and could hear your neighbours conversation. very little storage. Breakfast consisted of, bread, cheese, ham one ceral, toaster, tea and coffee, you needed a DIY attitude. very small room.
Not worth the money we had to pay as they only take payment as a garantee and you have to pay the ballance when you arrive. Much better hotel only 50 yards away.

Very small room at top of lots of stairs. Perfectly adequate for overnight crash-base. Clean, well-presented.
