This was advertised as a 'Club atmosphere', and it was certainly different to hotels we have previously stayed at. It is in a good location and we made use of the back door going into Kingsway. The reception area is small with 3 high desks for the receptionists. Also in the lobby area is a machine with tea, coffee and snacks for you to help yourself (free of charge). This followed through, as on each floor there were cupboards containing tea, coffee, milk and sugar for your room. Also extra toiletries. Another cupboard contained extra pillows, blankets etc. Although the room was slightly small it was perfectly adequate. There's a shower but no bath and toiletries were plentiful. There is aircon, ipod dock, clock and tea tray. I pads can be borrowed if needed. There is free wifi. Two efficient lifts. Umbrellas to borrow (which were needed) provided free of charge.
