rry, but very bad service , it took 40 minutes just to make check in for 5 people , and we had payed all in advance.
The Holiday Inn in Hammersmith, had very bad service. Especially the female manager.
After we checked out she locked one of our friends luggage in the hotel, and said she couldn't get it, before we paid even more, and we already had paied too much.
We had by mistake payed for 4 + 3 rooms, and only needed 4 rooms in total, but she didn't believe that we had payed, even that it had been weeks in advance.
We will never go back here again.. Sorry, for the customers who will accused for all the hassle here. Very bad service
