“Amazing sides, average burger”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013 via mobile

Went there on a Sunday. Great vibe and decor. The staff were attentive and friendly but service was a tad slow. These guys are opposite patty and bun so they have stiff competition to provide a great burger. The vegi burger my partner ate was very tasty but the 2 variations of meat burger were very average. Neither were pink in the middle as promised and the burger patty was very bland and quite small. On the plus side the sweet potato fries and crinkle fries were really tasty. The milk shakes were also quite good but not as good as Byron burger. Deserts were again fine, not great. I wouldn't visit again unless the burgers improved. Think GBK quality and you know what to expect.

“Reliable”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

We ate here twice in one weekend. First time because it was recommended, second time because we had such a bad experience at Patty & Bun across the road we wanted somewhere reliable.
Each time we found it fun (and with really friendly staff!) and the burgers were cooked beautifully.
The value is great. My children loved their food and ate it all up. My husband devoured his burger cooked medium rare. Each visit was relaxing and happy - thanks very much.

“Excellent food – at a price, though”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

I dined at this restaurant for lunch before a job interview. Although the food is quite pricey (even for Central London) and the portions are smaller than what you would expect in other restaurants, my burger was cooked to perfection and was extremely tasty. The service was also excellent (my burger arrived within 10 minutes) and I could not fault it. There's a really wide variety of burgers and sides, so you're sure to find something that'll tickle your tastebuds!

“Good Burgers, but quite pricey too!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2012

We had dinner with friends and our 2 young children.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful (especially a young Italian male waiter) since they quickly took our order as our kids were starving.
We ordered burgers, fish fingers for the kids and some extra chips + 1 salad, soft drinks and some desserts and bill came up to £90, quite pricey for burgers, even though they were really nice burgers.

The bill includes a 10% service charge.
I guess you can have OK burgers at bigger chains too and at a cheaper price, though perhaps not as nice but if you are in St. Christopher's Place perhaps you might want to go elsewhere more funky for the same cost.
