“Lovely ice-cream!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2014

They have lovely and various flavours of delicious Italian ice cream and you can take as many scoops of the same or different flavour as may fit in your cup or cone! How generous!

“The yoghurt!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2014

Visited the Amorino opposite Pompidou and fell in love with the yoghurt flavored gelato.
It is very rich and flavorful without being overly sweet and it leaves a very nice fragrant aftertaste.

Service is usually pretty straightforward and fuss-free but it does get kind of overwhelming when it's busy and you're trying to select or try different flavours.

Biggest charmpoint would be the fact that you can pick as many flavors as you want (within reason) and the staff would form a lovely little flower for you (if you order a cone). But I don't recommend getting more than 2-3 flavours as the gelato melts quickly and the flavours would all get mixed up.

“Nice gelato & interesting presentation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014

Popped round here after a meal at B&L round the corner.
Had the £3.50 small cone, which is decent value - you can pick any combination of flavours (not limited to just 2 or 3 like some other places) but the higher this number, the less you'll get of each one, for obvious reasons. So it comes full circle, and would recommend keeping this number down to 2-3 anyway.

They will have 1 main scoop of your primary choice, followed by flower petals of the other flavours that you pick. I had 2 chocolates (pure choc, hazelnut choc) and straciatella, all of which turned out great. They are strong in taste but overpowering, and have a relatively dense texture.

Funny comparison - I'm slightly lactose, but feel less sick eating this than when I had Gelupo (Archer St). Perhaps slightly lower milk content? Anyone else who has this issue could try this and see how it fits with them.

Highly recommended for the quality and taste! A good place to round off your lunch/dinner.
