Had to go in some office and collect keys - very time consuming.
then walk to a different building where apartment was.
then Up 4 floors with a heavy case and no lift - no prior warning.
then the toilet was so close to the radiator i burnt my arm.
On top of this i turned the tv on and all were asian channels no english ones.
No where to leave your case the next day. would definitely NOT recommend.
