“Good location. Good price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was the standard one, very small , very good decoration elements, nice combination of colors. Breakfast viriety was fair, the quality very good.
Excellent location, near the tube, plenty of pubs and shops nearby.

The hotel is located near the tube station, surrounded by shops and outlets. Budget option compared to other areas. The room is a little small but very comfortable with a modern decoration. I definitely recommend.

Spent 2 nights in the Seraphine . Very good location only short walk to the tube. Plenty pubs nearby including The Sawn opposite the tube & Brook Green on nearby Shephards Bush Road with a great tapas restuarant opposite - Los Molinos. Hotel also within a short stroll of the Thames - lovely pubs ( with food) along it ie. The Dove , The Rutland , The Anchor and especially The Ship. First room we got in the Serephine was compact ! Friendly & helpful staff on reception had no probelm in moving us the following night to a good sized room .

Room Tip: Rooms at front noisy overlooking Main St. Ask for a quiet BIG room !

Perfect hotel for Hammersmith Apollo. Restaurants nearby are very good.
Breakfast was help yourself - very clean and plenty of it.
Rooms were very clean, bathroom excellent. Very compact hotel with everything that you need for an overnight stay.
~We will go back again - when we next go to a concert at the Apollo.

Room Tip: Had a room overlooking the road - no problem with noise at all.

Well, I did like this hotel.
The Pro's: Very clean, lovely rooms, friendly helpful staff, high "Best Western" standards, cool decor, tubes nearby, local bars and eateries ...
The Con's: A very cozy room and an unsightly street-scape.
But ... Having said that, this was a really nice hotel and it comes well-recommended by other trip advisors. About €120 got us a nice room including breakfast on a Friday night in August. We booked on-line with Trivago.
Book it if you are arriving to London Heathrow. Take the tube, use either an Oyster card or a day pass and avoid much more expensive options. Book it for easy access to London central. Book it to see the many and varied aspects of real life in a busy London suburb. Book it if you want to wander out and have real food and drink with real locals but retreat to a nice little haven afterwards.
Don't book it if you are looking for a beauty spot or a view.
But ... having said that, this was my fourth hotel in London and it was by far the best of the four. It has a lot to recommend it for a night or two I think. The new apartments just down by the river are selling for nearly £9million by the way. London is such an amazing place and this is an interesting part of it.

Room Tip: Ask for an executive room. The rooms to the front have a lot of local fun and games outside the wind...

My husband, granddaughter (16) and I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the tube (Circle, Hammersmith and Jubilee lines) and only about 10 minutes into central London. Located in a shopping area with plenty of pubs and cafes nearby it was an ideal location for us and felt quite safe. Although our room was on the main road, the double glazing was excellent and traffic noise was minimal.

The room was very clean and well decorated with an excellent shower. The only slight criticism would be that the single bed settee was rather narrow and would not really be very suitable for a third adult, really only suitable for a child up to about 12.

The inclusive continental breakfast was very good - a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese, bread, croissants and boiled eggs. A cooked breakfast was available at £9.99. Free WiFi is always a bonus! All staff were very friendly, we would definitely stay again.
