Stopped over on business on a couple of occasions in the last few weeks. The staff are great. Quick checkin and checkout. Clear directions to room (it's a rather complex layout).
I just had a laptop bag - if you have luggage, expect quite a trek if you are in one of the 'wing' rooms.
The main entrance is next to a busy bus stop & I saw folks with large trolley bags struggling to fit onto the pavement space. Better to use the entrance that is inside Victoria Station. This also has a stairlift to ease access for less able guests.
My first room was on the 7th floor. Spacious and great aircon. Quiet too. Noticed a small gym on this floor - nice if you like this sort of thing.
Second visit had me in a smaller room on the 2nd floor. Comfortable, but there is a lot of major construction work in the area and the builders do start early.
It's not the cheapest of hotels in the area, but certainly worth a visit.
