“Absolutely excellent Function & Bed & Breakfast stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

The food here is excellent and the bedrooms are lovely.Really warm as you enter, which is welcome when the weather is cold outside with excellent decor and amenities including a small flask or fresh milk in the room fridge for the tea & coffee you can make in your room. The Blue Lamp suite is really good with secondary glazed windows,a lovely bathroom & shower room and a free standing bath in the bedroom! The bed is very comfortable.
The Breakfast was very enjoyable and of a very high standard, the cooked breakfast is served to you, which is a nice change.
The function room is very good for Parties and the Staff are all very efficient & friendly and the food is all very good
Incidentally, there is a Magic Show by members of the Magic Circle at the Draytron Court on the last thursday of each month, which is very entertaining. You can have a meal there before the 8pm start

Room Tip: The rooms overlooking their garden have the best views.

“Great service and a very enjoyable party venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

We went to the Drayton Court for our annual Christmas dinner and party. We are a group of around 50 singers and wives with a wide age range! We had pre-booked the private space downstairs which was perfect. There is a private bar, circular dinner tables, plenty of room to circulate and even a stage when several of our group got up to sing on. The food was really good and the plates were hot. The service was fantastic. The young waiters and waitresses couldn't have been nicer and calling us all by our names from the pre-selected dinner choices was a lovely touch. We all had a great time.

“You won't get better !!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

We were invited to a party this weekend in the function room at this hotel and can't stress enough that this hotel really did tick every box. From the moment we arrived every member of staff puts themselves out and just cant do enough for you!! The rooms are faultless with amazing shower and plumbing etc. Lovely to be given fresh milk in the room - perfect lighting - great hairdryer, really cant think of one negative. The food for a large function was wonderful - hot plates, very tasty and again well organised with wonderful serving staff. We were very very late for coffee in the bar afterwards and the machine had been cleaned and coffee was finished - not at this hotel all was put on again and super coffee was then served cheerfully to our crowd. We cant believe you will get a better hotel for these prices so near London. Really look forward to returning.

“Best Burger EVER, great hotel - worth to go to West Ealing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

Drayton Court Hotel
Amazing rooms for £ 150 per night, the same room you would get in Central London for £ 350, its a 35 minutes drive with the Central Line to Ealing Brodway and than £ 8 by taxi to the hotel.
Sleeping comfort is amazing and English Breakfast in the morning is fantastic.
They dont have a gym, but you get a complimentary ticket for a gym with pool in walking distance.
Basic burger with delicious fries is £ 9,50, you can add extras like blue cheese or jalapenos for £ 1. The taste of the burger was so good, I cant describe it in words. Have been to NYC, Chicago and Miami a lot, and this burger is on top of my US experiences. I am sure you will enjoy it!

“A four and a half stars stay- service could have been better”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

All was great in this hotel- we chose this place to spend the night before our flight from Heathrow the next day.

few points to note:

1) Location
The hotel is based in West London so it was very safe in the day, relatively safe at night. We took a hotel to the cab the night we stayed so safety was not an issue. The roads, like most others in London, are quiet but we saw no strange, furtive characters lurking around or loitering by the roads. The impression I got was that this is a safe district. It is a 3-4 minute walk to the tube station so if you need to hop to other places, this would connect you rather well to the other places in London. It is a 20 minute drive from this place to Heathrow, one hour from here to Gatwick.

2) Breakfast and rooms: AMAZING.

3) Service
Shaved off half a star here. We were made to feel very welcomed by an elderly gentleman who was a staff at the hotel. Upon seeing that no one was manning the reception, he took pains to look for someone who could help us even though, as we found out later, that he was on leave that night. We are very grateful and applaud his dedication to serve the guests of the hotel.

The lady who eventually arrived then handed us the room keys and all - she was cordial and polite. However, upon check out the next morning, when she saw us at the reception, no eye-contact was made whatsoever, no greeting, no acknowledgement. She might have had a bad day or night but clearly she remembered me for she could furnish the details of my payment to the man at the reception and yet she had paid no attention to me. I think a smile, a nod would have been the mark of good service.

Service at breakfast was however most excellent and the maid in the hallway was courteous and warm too. The hotel kindly arranged for our cab to the airport as well. Overall, I do regret to that slight blemish for otherwise, it would have made a pleasant experience at the Drayton a memorable one.
