We always stay here when we need to stay in London. It is warm, comfortable, friendly and SO convenient for all the local attractions. They do an amazing breakfast although you do have to queue sometimes.

Did I mention how good the location is? For what you pay the hotel is almost flawless. Rooms are well sized and clean and staff are polite and friendly.

The only annoyance I had was that there wasn't a plug socket next to the bed but only a minor thing in what was an extremely enjoyable stay.

Perfect location, 2min walk from the London Eye, 24hr newsagent across the road for any amenities, great stay, wonderful sleep, all you can expect from a premier inn..! For parking we used VIP Valet parking provided through the Premier Inn, Xavier was brilliant, very polite amd courteous and efficient, great service, took the car and dropped it when required from a secure location! What more can you ask for in Central London. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here a number of times with friends when i visit the capital. We stay here as its close to the tube station so when we travel back from the west end there are no tube changes and as females traveling together its not to much of a scary journey.

The room have all been nice and last time we got a view of the london eye. The bathroom door is a fire door so is heavy to open and the air conditioing seems to have a mind of its own.

The breakfasts are great, even if the resturants is a bad layout. We ahvent used the resturant for any ther meals but the menu look nice and fairly priced. the bar is ok but their is a chain bar just across the road that serves cocktails.

On the whole we will definatly go back to this hotel.

Do not use this hotel if you are confined to a wheelchair unless you dont mind entering and leaving by the tradesmans entrance and are physically able to push up steep slopes, otherwise a very nice hotel in a great location.

This Hotel could be excellent with a bit of attention from management. Rooms were comfortable except the TV was set to max 25% volume. Too low for my hearing - increase it or provide headphones. The bathroom door had a very strong spring and the fan didn't work. Someone more frail than me might struggle to get in or out and no release for steam. The hotel was busy because of the Marathon, and the queue at breakfast was long due to 1. kitchen couldn't cope. 2. Two serving counters for hot breakfast effectively reduced to one because the 2nd had run out of bacon and egg. 3. Guests had to break into the queue to get at the cereal or Juice - Change the layout to disperse the crowd. 4. Having got to the cereal, two large milk jugs were both empty. 5. The aircon was so strong and cold it was blowing serviettes off the table in direct line of the airflow. No one wanted to sit there. 6. Probably conscientious Eastern European staff with limited English couldn't cope with a full hotel. Simple things to fix with a bit of organisation, but what might have been an excellent night stop was ruined by a simple lack of attention to detail.

Room Tip: Rooms are all at the back of County Hall, so don't expect a river view, or pay more at the Marri...

Premier Inn - County Hall is an excellent central location with easy access to the West end theatres, Oxford Street for shopping and Traflagar Square for history and a wealth of other landmarks South of the river such as the Tate, Shard and numerous restaurants hugging the Thames. The Premier Inn, County Hall is reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
