“Awful”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

The who experience was awful. Rude waiters, horrid curry the worst I have every had. The whole place felt unwelcoming from the beginning and I just wished I had turned round and left.

“Good food poor service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

I went here with my partner last night. The food was reasonably good but the whole experience was really spoiled by poor service. The waiters were unwelcoming and clearly only concerned with getting orders in and out. We had ordered drinks with our meal shortly after sitting down including a glass of water. Alcoholic drinks came promptly but we had to ask three times for the water and had to continually reiterate tap water. We were never asked did we want fresh drinks despite our empty glasses on the table and were not offered tea and coffee or dessert at the end of the meal.

“Avoid!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2013

Oh I wished that I'd checked trip advisor before eating here. It was one of those nights where four of us couldn't make up our minds what we each wanted but all of us were starving. Can't go wrong with a curry though can you? Well, YES! This restaurant contrives to take any pleasure out of dining. Rude waiters? Check. Plates removed before finished eating? Check. Lukewarm food?.......you get the picture. It clearly survives on passing tourists as surely it can't get regular customers. Dreadful.

“Great Curry in Covent Garden”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

Since my No 1 favourite, the Gufaa in Islington, closed, I have been struggling to find a really good Indian restaurant in London, but now my search is over. We went on a Wednesday evening and the place was packed - always a good sign. Great menu, great food, great service, great atmosphere. If you like a Madras strength dish, try the chicken - excellent.

“Tourist curry shop”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013 via mobile

Firstly the photo is NOT this restaurant. Very small portions. Inflated price. Plus 15% service charge. Ask for water got given two small bottles of Perrier. Food tastes okay. They want you in. They want you out. A very last resort. Avoid if you can.
