Barbecoa honestly serves some of the best steak I've had in London. While I've had steak in other great restaurants, what really gives this character that sets it apart is how its cooked using smokers and wood-fire ovens and marinated in various rubs and herbs.
The view is also fantastic with St. Paul's all lit up at night.
Only reason I'm not going to give it 5* is due to the fact it was a Birthday celebration and my sister who is a professional baker had brought a cake with her, all with correct seals and container. They refused to allow us to serve this and it had to be left at reception. This was disappointing as no other restaurant has ever refused this before, we even had dessert and pointed out that we weren't just using it as an excuse not to pay for one!
Our server was absolutely fantastic, wish I could remember her name as she did a great job and was incredibly apologetic about the fact that her Manager wouldn't allow the cake. My Sister tweeted Mr. Jamie Oliver about it, but never got any response back.
I recommend the restaurant otherwise.
