“Small room but great staff and breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2011

stayed here for my friends 30th the room was tiny no luggage space in fact no space to move. As it was only a one night stay and it was a quick in and out of the room it was ok but the double room we had was small if i was staying more than one night i would be wary of staying here due to the room space it was hard to get ready with two in the room and would be cramped with just one,

but nothing was too much trouble. the staff were friendly and the hotel is not even a minute up the road from Eustom cross over and your there.

The breakfast was fantastic and well worth getting full english i had and tea juice coffee. There was cereal and a full continental breakfast. The staff said we could help ourselves to as much of everything as we wanted was lovely,

I'm not sure if u would say its a 4 star hotel had a fantastic stay though at a good price so would definately go back if i was just staying for a one night trip anymore and id have to book a hotel with bigger rooms

I have stayed often at this hotel, mainly because of it's location to Euston station and my customer's office.

However, I always have to book a single room due to the cost, but the single rooms are tiny.
I really like the wetroom though.

Breakfast is always very good and something to look forward to in the morning. Having said that, on my last visit it was self service buffet style, when usually the staff wait on at table (is that how you describe it?)

Stayed here for 2 nights and have to say for value for money excellent! However the rooms are tiny and the wardrobe a joke so if you have lots luggage forget it! Or more than 2 nights then don't bother! Think you would go mad.
All the staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was not bad at all, well worth having and set us up for day!
Hotel is in a fantastic location, most places within walking distance, fab!
Would Stay here again if got it for good price.

First impression of the hotel was fantastic, service on check-in. The biggest disappointment of all was the size of the rooms- they were so small and the bathroom was only a touch away from the bed. Once we had unpacked we made our way to the hotels restaurant where we were going to have some cocktails before dinner out. The bar tender took 35 minutes to make two tiny cocktails and one gin and tonic, god forbid if they had any more custom then the three of us. The next day after a poor nights sleep before our business meeting, feeling bunged up from the air conditioning as it was far to loud outside to have the window open, we made it to breakfast- for a good part of £15 you were allowed one glass of juice, a poor selection of fruit, croissants and cold meat. I would of been far better to have eaten breakfast at costa round the corner. After the meeting we did not stay for lunch, as the premier in around the corner had a far desirbale restaurant.
Also while having a shower and getting ready- two different cleaners walked in on my three times- when check in was not until 12. Whether this was some kind of joke i do not know but when complained to reception there was no form of compensation or appology- just for me to write it on a customer satisfation card.

Room Tip: There is no advice as all the rooms are really pokey.

Went for dinner with bunch of mates to Number Twelve and had a very nice evening. Service was great and the atmosphere is nice. Food is very good, and the staff friendly and attentive. Great wine list, mostly Italian. So if you would like to try something different from Bordeaux or Chablis this is a great place to go. All over great experience.

a very short stay,in a feature less room, with an uncomfortable bed, less than appetising breakfast , very slow service. and confusing layout, the only good thing was the location, lots to see nearby and a good selection of other restaurants.

Room Tip: not sure i could find one, long featureless corridors a bit like battery hens

We stayed here mid week for one night in a twin room. Hotel was easy to find, only a short walk from Euston. Upon arrival we were greeted by 3 'bouncer' type looking men on reception. It took almost 15mins to check in due to problems with another guest! Our room was on the 4th floor, it was small but was set out well and clean. The wetroom was very wet & having a shower soaked the whole room. The frosted glass door to the wetroom didn't have a lock or close properly. We found the bar had no atmosphere. We were the only ones not wearing suits, waving laptops about & having meetings! The beds were ok but got woken by other guests a few times in the night. Breakfast was nice with a good choice. Checkout took 20mins due to hotel trying to overcharge for our room!!!
