“London weekend”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

The hotel's location is ideal to move around London and yet still stay in a somewhat quiet location. The view from my room was beautiful, the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel excellent for the price range.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 night after meetings in london, the hotels location is excellent, close to belsize park underground station, It also has its own car park, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I was very happy with the service I received from the staff at the bar/restaurant (Andres and Chiara) both were very helpful and polite My room was clean and quiet, the buffet breakfast was good, I would use this hotel again,

This hotel is nicely situated. It is quiet. It is clean. But one must pay for wi-fi, and there's a limit on towels. Toilet paper is measured in squares, rather than the needed rolls. Soap? Not unless you count the euro-goop from dispensers. The resto closes too early, and thirty minutes before closing one can only get cello-wrapped snacks. Things seemed to be parsed out, in the interest of economy, not comfort.

We stayed at this hotel with our children for a couple of nights. The hotel itself was very well looked after and very smart. The staff were extremely helpful, giving us travel advice and even sorted out us being able to leave our bags at another premier inn near to the train station which was a massive help as we have a 3 year old son and i didn't much fancy dragging a case around with us whilst we waited for our train home. The breakfasts were of excellent quality with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The hotel itself is situated in a lovely part of London, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The tube station is only a short walk away and as it is on the Northern Line it makes getting around a lot less stressful. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future!
