Double room very small. I am in a wheelchair and so need some space. When I complained I was told that all the rooms are the same size. The TV is an old cathode ray tube with five channels. I have never stayed in a London hotel room as small as this.
Wifi is very expensive.
The bed does not have a bedside table on both sides and there is no light switch on one side.
It is a shame that the public areas are so opulent and the bedrooms are so small.
