The room was a bit tired looking and cold. We had a corner room and is took real effort to get the double paned window to stay shut. At night you could just hear the wind wiping by outside. We were supposed to have a complimentary everyday. At least we were offered one. Well the first morning no paper, second morning still no paper had to ask at desk. We were told it would be there the next morning. But four days and no once did the paper get left outside the room door. There are not tea/coffee making facilities in room. So this was an extra fiver each morning. It just seemed this hotel were looking at every which way to get more money out of you. Oh and a 12.5% service fee on everything. I sure hope the staff actually get this money. But where is the incentive to give good service. Last time we stayed in London it was at the Premier Inn which I think was a much better deal.
