Stayed at this hotel 3 times and already booked my 4th ,
the hotel is clean and tidy and is very central, next to two tubes stations which makes is so easy to go around london ,
and in the evening it so close to alot of good restaurant , so you do not have to travel around , the hotel rooms are very plain and needs a bit of an upgrade ,

Stayed here as it was cheap (by London standards) however will not be returning.

On arrival we checked in without a hitch but whilst doing so were listening to a couple of members of staff arguing which is not very professional.

We thought the lobby and bar are quite nice but the rest if the hotel needs a serious upgrade. The rooms are very dated and small.

Problems such as a very small TV with terrible sound, the bathroom sink was cracked and blocked when we used it and being woken up at 9am by the cleaner (checkout is at 12:00) all contributed to a disappointing stay. Also there is no air conditioning so we had to open our window. This was not a problem in itself but we had a room at the rear of the hotel which backed on to other properties and whilst the noise that ensued is not the hotel's fault it was still very annoying.

The location was fine and links to the rest of London great however parking in Westminster is a complete nightmare for disabled people (even if you have a blue badge). There are not enough disabled spaces and you cannot park in residents spaces like in other boroughs.

I found the hotel ok! Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room. Room was clean and tidy, slept well. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Lots of places around the corner to eat.

Location is great for Hyde park!

First impressions from street and foyer looked ok. Then got out of the lift. Welcome to London 1970's doubt if much has been spent on the hotel since. Positives; very clean, great location close to Oxford Street, underground, eateries and straight across from the majestic Hyde Park. Negitives: very small rooms, noisy, less than accommodating staff at reception and a very basic continental breakfast. Found out for an extra 50 pound a night could have stayed right in at piccadily square Hiensight is a great thing. Will not be returning

Second time here and I love this hotel. Cheap, clean and very well located to all the attractions of London. The staff are very friendly, you really can't go wrong, if your on a budget and want to see London stay here.

Stayed here this last weekend and found the hotel really good, clean room, friendly staff, very close to the places in London we wanted to visit.
We only had breakfast one morning which was ok, however there was a lot of confusion on what was included in what type of breakfast choice.

Room Tip: We had a room at back of building, apart from lack of AC the room was good.
