This is a budget hotel in a great location.
For the money in this location your paying less than half it would cost in the others close by.
Bit disappointed no Steam Iron , which for travellers is important , other than that it is fine.
So don't come thinking its 5 Star gliz it's not ..is a great value clean and comfy .. Yes

I stayed here for a night after I got married for a stop over before heading out on our honeymoon.
It was a treat from my family and they offered me The Dorchester or The Hilton, but stupidly I went for the Park lane mews. I loved the look and location and having working in Mayfair thought it looked beautiful. I found the staff rude, dismissive, abrupt and at these prices being called mate is simply not acceptable, especially as i'd see the same desk staff be very respectful to the "very rich" customer before me. They lost my booking and seemed like I was wasting their time when asking for them to re-book it. The room was very disappointing, I know I was not booked into a suite but even so the room used to be the storeroom. Not only would i never go there again... but i would avoid walking past as not to bring back the bad memories.

Room Tip: the only thing i can think of is hall a large bag of money behind you, maybe the staff will treat yo...

It looked very nice and in a great location, good value on booking.com BUT we booked an executive room which was extremely small and very cold. The bathroom was cramped, minimal cupboard space in the room and generally a very ordinary room. We paid for breakfast at £16.95 a head and it was a complete waste of money. Hot and cold buffet but the hot buffet eggs were cold and I asked for fresh but they were overcooked and still cold. The cold plate didn't help! Overall at £250 + for a one night stay this is not somewhere I would choose again.

Room Tip: Don't bother upgrading unless you want to pay extortionately for a very average room.

Visited recently on business and was a bit concerned reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed in a number of hotels in the area and this one is as good if not better than some of the so called better hotels. Some of the reviews are harsh. If you are looking for a friendly, clean and well positioned hotel then this will do just fine. Got a warm welcome by Marcus and very friendly polite staff. Was upgraded to a double room without asking and room was absolutely fine. Had breakfast in my room which arrived bang on time and was great and tasty.
Give this place a chance. Remember you get what you pay for and if you are delusions of grandeur then go and book your self into Park Lane Hotel around the corner. Otherwise, this place will do you fine. I will be back. Thank you.

Park Lane Mews hotel in London is a very nice place to stay a few days when you visit London. The rooms are confortable and clean. The hotel has a very good position, so you can visit a lot of interesting places. The staff try to help you everytime you need something. And the prices are fair.

Well I've read some of the reviews, but you know, I found this Hotel good value for money, my son and I shared a twin room, and my daughter a single room, ok this hotel does need a facelift in some area's, but our rooms were clean, the single room was upgraded, no, we didn't ask, it was offered at checkin, although a little small, everything worked, and each room had good size bath towels and towelling robes too, fair enough the room doors were chipped and tired, so what, the beds were comfortable enough, and at the price we paid, no complaints.
just need to add one more thing, the reception area was fine, very pleasant staff and efficient service, when leaving, there was quite a few business meeting were going on , thats a good sign too.
The location of this hotel is very good for the mayfair area. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: am not sure, we had rooms on the first and second floor, both fine
