Stayed here on Business for 2 nights. Very Handy for Tube as it is only a 5 min walk from earls court. Check-in was straight forward enough. The hotel is not made up of uniform corridors with identical rooms, which adds to the character of the hotel. My room (#010) was on its own corridor next to the main entrance at street level. Very very sound proof room, didnt hear a thing. Really nice room, dark wood panneling with plasma tv. Not a very big room but I wasnt planning parties. Staff were very freindly, hotel was very clean. Recommend it.

Our room was ready before the check in time which meant we could have a rest and drop bags of before heading back out. Staff were friendly although we were told breakfast was included and then were charged for it. Room was very small couldn't open bathroom door fully
because of bed! but a great position we started using tube but realised quicker and easier to walk everywhere.

This is my second time here.

We first check in for standard double room (you can see my old review and photos comparing with last time executive twin room), they are going to send us to the connection building.
Ha ha ha after reading from many reviews, we definitely say "NO' and ask them for 5th floor. Unfortunately, they're all full booking today. So, we got room number 010.

the way to go to the room quite dangerous (in my opinion) because we need to walk through the strange door.

Never mind, we can tolerate for one night

BUT!! after we come back again at midnight

Air condition does not work
So, we ask staff to change the room

They show us the new room......
Luckily, we got room number 103
We decide to change room immidiately

--fresher
--nicer
there are free fruits(banana, grape, apple, pear, ...)
also free 2 bottles of water
and some stuffs such as slipper, toothbrush, shower cap, knit .....
-free internet

all photos that are attached can describe the room as real

about 2-3 AM, I was thirsty so i called reception to buy still water because 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator for free are sparking, I told him

you know he said that he'll tell room service man to bring two bottles of still water for free to us^^

that's mean every problem for 1 night can be solved (room, thirsty am i) by friendly and helpful staff

this encourages me love and like this hotel because of best service of the staff

Fantastic hotel, 1 minute walk to earl's court tube station, Not one bad thing to say!!! Will be using again
